Dapemi International Strategy Consulting is a Brussels-based advisory practice. We are a small firm by design. The work demands proximity to the client, density of context, and analytical rigour that does not scale well through layers.
What we believe
Most geopolitical risk analysis is produced for general audiences — useful for orientation, insufficient for decision. The gap between understanding a situation and knowing what to do about it is where most advice fails.
We close that gap. Our work begins where public analysis ends: with the specific client, the specific exposure, and the specific decision that needs to be made. Everything we produce is written for action.
We are not a think tank, a news service, or a risk-rating agency. We do not produce reports for general circulation. We produce advice for the client in front of us.
